After 3 days of try-ons ............... I think I have found THE dress! I won't tell you any details - of course it needs to remain a surprise! And Em and Fee had loads of fun trying on some possibilities for my special ladies ... and as long as it is a go for the other two missing from our party the last two days, we will have decided on maid's dresses too. Yay! Sometime more to cross off of the list and moved into the "done" column. *sigh*

Where does all this money supposed to come from???

Yeah, a good question when you are planning for a wedding --- where's the money? Lordy, even with all of my "budget friendly" ideas and research and do-it-yourself madness, things will still be tough (of course right?!) ...

I did find this really cool thing though called Upromise --- which is a website/organization that uses your everyday spending and contributes a percentage to your college education. How does this help with my wedding you ask ... well, interestingly enough you can have these...

Boxes ... moving trucks and stamps galore

What seems like millions of boxes and hours later ... and a more than expensive moving truck packed to the seams ... we are finally moved. Not completely ...... some "non essentials" were left behind but will be following as soon as we can bring them.

While at the new location scoping the neighborhood out, I was finally able to grab a boat load of stamps to get these save the dates mailed out. At least I am still on track for giving a year to plan for people making the trek. Yay!

* Deposit for photographer ... check! ~~ We chose the fabulous and talented Terilyn and Jay Grover with A Portrait Park by J and are very excited.


and super excited that our "save the date" cards came in the mail yesterday! can't wait to get those sent out ... it all seems so "real" now. SCARY!
